Don't try and blandize Brown skin. I am Royalty, extraordinary, you may be average in your life, but I'm definitely Superior, Brown skin and all, black hair Brown eyes, can't go anywhere without getting pursued. Don't blame it on skin color, I don't and won't have problems, my skin is beautiful, it is a plus extra benefit.
I'm Canadian and dating here is trash when I go to Europe all I need to do is leave my crib and I meet men with manners. If I go on an app abroad things get even better.
I can understand Wanda's experience in SE Asia. I would like to mention there is a difference from E Asia & SE Asia. I have a positive dating experience in Korea & many black women do bc hypergamy is practiced here. The problem w SE Asia is western men get women just off the strength but in Korea & Japan they are more marriage minded & western men don't get them as easily bc they dont have builder/provider mindsets. The western tourist passing through with a couple of thousand dollars means nothing to them. The Korean women pay western men DUST. So dating is A LOT easier. Also E Asian women tend to be just as wealthy as their male counterparts so they don't gush at the thought of money & the male English teacher is a joke to them. I would say for dating you'd have better luck in a wealthier country.
From my experience in Ghana, I felt that the men saw me as a walking green card. Not only because I'm American, I think also since I'm light skinned that also made me more desirable in their eyes. I stuck close to my friends and ignored all of the sweet talking.

I'm Caucasian, but also a digital nomad, and I have noticed huge differences between Tinder scenes in different places. Mexico City was hands down the best Tinder dating I've ever done, mainly due to how many people are there and how many international people from all over the world. You can meet all kinds of people, and all kinds of nationalities. And Mexican men themselves are charming and very good at dating. Even if you don't have a connection, it will probably be a nice date. The worst Tinder is where I am right now, of course (New Mexico) It sounds cliche, but international dating really is so much better, in my experience. But then again, maybe it's more a big city vs small city, than anything else. The best dating is always in a large and diverse city. The worst is always in small and homogeneous areas.

I have great experiences staying in guest houses especially if I'm travelling alone. I meet other travelers from around the world and make connections. Sometimes I go out with the family or their friends accompany me to events. I go clubbing at night with their sons. I date a lot when I travel. I sometimes feel that outside of USA is the only place where I get attention.
