4:15 In Phineas and Ferb - The Movie (Across the 2nd Dimension), there is a scene near the beginning where Phineas is actually seen putting a shirt on. Phineas's nose is pressed against himself when he goes to put it on, which means that Phineas has no bones in his nasal region, and given that Across the 2nd Dimension is the only time where we see him put a shirt on, this was always the case for Phineas, meaning that Phineas doesn't have any nasal, maxillary or palatine bones.
I think the real Disney Logic you should be asking, is why Doofenshmirtz (Normal Doof, not 2nd Dimension Doof) is unable to tell the difference between Perry with his fedora on and with his fedora off
Also, how the heck does Isabella manage to dress herself? Like just look at her head.
@@epicelliott611The deal with Isabella is that I think her pink blouse is a seperate piece compared to the white shirt underneath it. If her shirt were to be able to fit around her head, she might be more or less into clothing that is flexable, like wool (This is not really a given during Christmas times, since she's not the only on to wear a sweater) or even a stretch dress shirt.
Her head is a semi-circle (half of a circle), so she might still be about to get her shirt on regardless. Otherwise, the fabric choice in her shirts might be more durable than on average, or worst case scenario, she might just be putting it on as if they were pants, and then bringing it up to her torso since she is rather slim.
As for the pink blouse, this be the case might be simular, and she might've put it on the same way as I mentioned before with the shirt, which is putting is on and acting as if their pants, only to then bring it up to her torso due to how slim she it. My overall theory is that she's putting her shirt and blouse on in a different way, though as mentioned before, even though her head is a semi-circle (half of a circle), she might not be struggling, when it comes to wearing a shirt, as much as it seems to be.
If we're talking about her as an adult, then it's even easier for her. Although she got taller and because less slim, her head size didn't change at all, and therefore, bigger sizes of clothing will be able to fit around her head a little better.

@@epicelliott611 Would perhaps make the most sense to me anyway, but here's another thing to consider as well. Even though Isabella's head is shaped like a semi-circle (half of a circle), that doesn't mean it is.
The hair is perhaps misleading, and that her head is actually normally round.
