五汤匙水 - 5 tbsp water
1茶匙 芥末- 1 tsp mustard
1 汤匙 酱油 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1tbsp oyster sauce
半茶匙糖 - ½ tsp sugar
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
半茶匙薯粉/玉米粉 - ½ tsp corn flour

一定要放大菜头才有以前的那个味道，不过最近的莲藕都没有以前的那个味道了，可商家都是用了某种化学成分水洗干净。😞
