Super Mario Galaxy: How to Die in the Comet Observatory

This neat little glitch has been known about for a while but I figured that I would be the first person to get decent footage of it. Yes you can die in the Comet Observatory by using Flying Mario to go out of bounds. Sometimes when you try get the flying power-up onto the Trial Galaxy Planet you can't fly. This usually means you have to try again or reload the game.
