Using the cable sent with my unit, the red indicator light came on, suggesting that it was accepting a charge.
12 hours later, the red light is still on. Checked the battery life, and it was exactly where it was before I started charging it.
I have the RGB20SX.

Po1itica11yNcorrect Bro, Make sure you have inserted to the correct port, if you inserted into the other one, it won’t charge.☺️

@Fix.369 I inserted into the one on the left. Not the right. The one on the right won't light up the red charging light. The one on the left will. So I put it into the left one and the red light came on, indicating that it was charging. Kept it on charge for at least 12+ hours. The red light was still on, so I checked the battery and it said I was at 33%, which is where it was at when I plugged it in. I'll be sending it back through Amazon. Useless if it won't charge.
