Yoga Revelations and Public Vulnerability

I don't have cancer, but I might have sleep apnea.
This week I took home a CPAP machine, started working out at my new body positive gym (yoga is great!), and faced my fears of singing in public. So far, I'm giving myself an A+ in achieving the goals I've set for 2020!
