That could be it. The Sarcophagus was meant to house the Doctor. In RIM Billiton, Babel dug up the Rhodes Island landship, considered a high-tech relic and discovered PRTS. Considering Priestess promising that we'd see her again. I have two theories, one is that there's a second sarcophagus waiting to be found, with Priestess inside, and the second theory is that Priestess is inside the landship somewhere, hidden, as it's big enough and there's a chance not many facilities are fully explored.

One of the Vigilo side stories contained a conversation between Kal'tsit and Closure where Closure was attempting to obtain permission to access some locked rooms on the land-ship and Kal'tsit denies her request. It could mean a lot of things but there is indeed at least a small section of the land-ship that Kal'tsit has locked up.
