I'm from Maryland, having a basement 3 levels is common. So you don't need an elevator.

Living in San Francisco, I’m amazed at what you can get for $589k in Atlanta. The house has 3 levels, two kitchens and an elevator. You can’t even find a studio apartment in good condition for the same price in SF. This video is making me reconsider my life choices and is tempting me to move to Atlanta.

That's what I thought. If it were less sq footage I could understand walking into the kitchen 1st thing, and a living room that only holds a sofa & loveseat but not with almost 3k. But it's pretty, especially if you have a parent that lives with you (top floor), but I would be careful giving that top floor to a teenager because they might never move out!! Lol!

I’ve been looking at such beautiful townhomes online. I wish there were some this gorgeous I could find in Baltimore County. Most I’ve seen are the ones that are custom-made, but the rooms are so tiny. It’s almost like they’re built for the gorgeous exterior, which is nice, but I also need space if I’m buying a home!
I was questioning that 1/2 mil + price tag until I saw the inside. Lol makes sense. Furniture should be included

Peeps are complaining about the cost but to me that’s a lot house and features for the money. In fact, now that I know they exist, I’m setting my sight on a 3 story townhouse with an elevator. This way, I won’t have to be worried about a master on the main and my knees acting up. That rooftop terrace, kitchen, and mini pool is the bomb. A very good deal for the price. And I would use the 2nd large room on the top floor as my home gym and meditation sanctuary.
I will live in this one day.

@Love It that would be a Condo. To find an appartment the equivalent of this home you would need to go to Manhattan with about 6 Mil. Two full kitchens two car garage? 3 floors. I've lived in a lot of apartments a couple of them luxury and they don't compare to this.

Hard to think at one point we had the chance to build more back in the days, but during the WW2 era where single family homes were in their prime it made building townhomes/rowhomes near impossible. Thankfully the future is looking bright with the new laws in CA changing for the better.

Obviously I see a lot of you all haven’t really been around ATL. You can get a brand new house in a new subdivision with 4 bedroom and 3 baths and plenty of acres and parking for at least 250K. Trust me Atl has a lot to offer at a low price. Don’t let this one townhouse fool you about prices going up here 😚😛.
Mister, the cost to buy a house in Metro Atlanta has increased. The cost for the builder to build a house has increased, so naturally, it will cost the home buyer more to purchase a house. This year it was a seller's market where in some instances sellers were getting multiple offers on their homes. Demand versus supply. Also, what you pay for a house is going to be dependent on the location and the quality of the construction. Location and quality will also be a factor when it is time for you to sell the house and will determine how much you get for your house. However, home prices throughout Metro Atlanta is still affordable when compared to other major metropolitan areas throughout the US, which is one of the primary reasons so many people continue to relocate here.

Erica, you are correct. The closets are on the smaller size, at least in the owner's suite but they could maximize the space by installing custom organizers.

I'm reading many comments on how inexpensive or expensive this townhouse is. I think it just all depends on where you presently live. Where I'm from here in newyork, you wouldn't even get a portion of these amenities for this price. Even in an undesirable location! It is an absolute steal for what you get. If I were to move to this or any part of Atlanta I could purchase 4 of these for what I could sell my house for. Not to mention an elevator! Absolutely awesome!
Darryl, you are correct. Whether or not someone thinks the asking price is a steal depends largely on where they presently live. However, real estate is local and to determine if a home is priced right, we have to compare it to what other similar properties have sold for in that area.
