The song and video is based on the story of the Japanese mystery novel "黒死館殺人事件" ("The Black Death Mansion Murders Case").
The novel was originally serialized in 1934 by the author Mushitarou Oguri (Insutaro Oguri).
The story is centered around the "Fuyugi" household in Kanagawa which lives in the "Black Death Pavilion" castle.
The residence is feared by the populace as "Black Death Mansion" for the many tragedies that occurred in it, such as a pair of lovers slaughtering the other half of the "Black Death Pavilion" and then committing suicide.
The family bloodline contains cursed and poisonous blood of European witches.
A group of Four musicians and disabled housekeepers gather in the "Black Death Pavilion".
The contemporary head of the family, Maatetsu Fukiya, also committed suicide by leaving a suicide note for unknown reasons.
The murders increase, and the protagonist detective Fa Shui investigates the case.

You may have also missed [Official Video] Shiren from Unlucky Morpheus - 「want to LIVE」 which is from the their next album, which was supposed to released at the same time as their last one. So they had a J-rock/metal album and a heavy album at the same time., but the heavy one was not ready. But this video was ready to release, so the did.
