One of my favorite episodes and series! No disrespect to the actors who took over as senior assistant in the Men's Department after Mr. Grainger but he was the best in my opinion. It seemed like he wasn't acting at all just being himself. The show is comedy at it's finest.
I could watch this and "The Golden Girls" on a loop forever!
🍓I LOVE THIS SHOW🍓MY MOTHER USED TO WATCH THIS ALL THE TIME ON THE BBC CHANNEL! 🍓SHE LOVED ALL THE BRITISH COMEDYS! 🍓
John Inman makes me laugh especially that WALK😂
the opening telephone routine is a gem.
today's sitcom writers have a lot to learn.
John Inman who played Mr. Humphreys was a superb comic actor. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
Hilarious! classic! Mr. Gainger has never really been known as a rebel. When news he had to give up his limited counter space, "I REFUUUUSED!!! HE HE HE! LMFAO!!!!!
I wish I could have met them all. When my dad died in 07 this and Last of the Summer Wine helped me get through it .
I feel sadness knowing that they're all gone. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
I understand
condolences,friend
I am always impressed with the fantastic acting of all the cast. Funny, great acting.
Jean Griffin you can never find this kind of talent in today’s entertainment anymore

Jean...this is how comedy should be done! No PC in the middle of women's lib! Imagine that...
@@drewski1535 It is absolute dross compared. Why can't we go back to good quality tv?!!
You too also may enjoy a short series filmed in Wales. Gavin and Stacy. James Corden wrote it with Ruth. Funny. Just awesome pure Genius
'She's taking down my y-fronts!!' 🤣🤣
My 'Gran a I watched "Served" together when I was young ; She'd laugh so hard her teeth would drop and I'd be rolling over with laughter ! . Cheers! .
No matter what mood I'm in as soon as I hear the intro to a 'Are You Being Served' show I'm happy as a can be.
Heya Kris, I thank you for leaving the ads OUT of the Are You Being Served uploads lol. Thanks man.
Mr Grainger: "no that woman, she's taking down my y fronts."
I watched this when I was quite young. It was HILARIOUS then and is STILL HILARIOUS!!!! Thank you so much for uploading them I am enjoying them quite THROUGHLY!!!!
Thanks for this! Still hysterical in 2020!
The "British humor" I grew up with..is not nearly the same
My favorite show ❤
👍
I watch these episodes over and over. Rather than getting trite or boring, they improve. Truly great writing. Simple, but clever. You constantly find new gems.
Mr Rumbold (my least favorite character) on the phone: Hello, who is this? What do you mean you can’t guess? I’m not asking you to guess who I am. I’m asking who you are. You won’t tell me until I tell you. 🤣
Stupid, simple, hilarious.
It’s 1 am and laughing out loud at this show 🤣🤣🤣 brilliant actors & writers 👍🏼👍🏼
That opening telephone routine was brilliant 🤣
