- Part 1: • The Samurai Experience...
No More Samurai.
Goodbye Samurai.
...right?
Technically the Samurai Saga watch order is the following:
1. The Samurai Experience
2. Goodbye Samurai 0;00 - 4;19
2.1 The Guardian Experience
2.2 Goodbye Samurai 4;19 - end
[unfinished part 3]
I ended up uploading it out of order. Part 2.1 (The Guardian Experience) on its own was a bit too cool to just shoehorn into an already long video.
Music used (in order):
+TEK - Melolignia2 - Soul of Agony
Chip Jockey - Melolignia2 - Dignified Devil
memowave - Melolignia - 04 Xepheria
(again) +TEK - Melolignia2 - Soul of Agony
+TEK - Melolignia2 - 02 Agonizer's Return
I keep a playlist of all the music I use in my videos, but individual uploads of melolignia tracks are rare. You'll have to find the music yourself for this one. Does anyone read this?
Get the album! plustek.bandca...
(melolignia 1 and 2 are available on Bandcamp under a "name your price" model, so if you're cheap like me you can just set your price as $0 and download it for free.)

For future viewers: Part 3 never got finished. About a week after I published this video, I had a really impactful encounter with another Critical Strike player. That day abruptly changed my outlook on a lot of things. I kind of got fast-forwarded into a Season 2 due to that person's influence on me. Season 2 starts as an expression of the melancholy that comes with abrupt, continued, and perhaps permanent emotional separation from someone you care about.
Anyways, let me attempt to write Part 3 in text form:
"Look at these samurai we've fallen to. PiggyHero, CasuaLiq... but there's another samurai in our path.
A crowd disperses in the wake of the two titans' clash. A fervent Sniper takes aim at walking targets, firing bullets cast of past embarrassments. A single-minded Samurai cuts forward through a field of peasantry. In the midst of shattered targets and shaven grass, our samurai dashes forward, only to find a cross-laden pad sitting at his feet."
Well, I don't know how to resolve through words the tension I've built up here. Critical Strike fights are best conveyed visually; swift action can never be done justice by sluggish words. Perhaps I am just unimaginative, but I digress.
I wanted to first establish that Icarus was a good samurai, but one that I was able to win plenty against. Once the crowd dispersed and we found ourselves alone together in the server, we continued to hone our skills in this difficult matchup. A few rounds passed and plenty of good exchanges were had.
At some point in our conversation, I decided to ask Icarus if he knew PiggyHero, and also asked how the two compared in skill. Icarus had experience playing against PiggyHero, and seemed to be too absorbed in gloom from the subject to elaborate any further. I wanted to convey this in order to show the sense of scale between this clearly good samurai, and PiggyHero.
There were other minor points of the conversation that would have been used to allude to further community flavor. The tone was meant to be a more laid-back one. I wanted to calm down to the more upbeat pace reflected in "Sniper vs Gladiator" when the cookie run music starts to play. I wanted to give an intimate look into this other player's perspective on the game. I wanted to provide the viewer with the ability to simultaneously wind down for the season, and also find further emotional relation with people who play the game.
I wanted to end this season in a way that would make the viewer feel like they gained further appreciation for this game and its players. In an environment that breeds conflict, I wanted to cultivate appreciation and empathy for those who one may clash with. It's regrettable that my own life got in the way of this goal.
I hope someone reads this and can use this synopsis as a substitute for the messages that the video would have conveyed. Thank you for watching Season 1.
This is insightful

Whenever someone is abusing terrain like that, Rocketeer's LMB deals at least 5 damage thanks to the omega-sized hitbox! L, Sniper!

i've randomly stumbled upon this channel and oh my god you're amazing!! thank you for your videos!
Thanks for the kind comment! By the way, do you play Critical Strike? It would surprise me if someone watches my videos without playing Critical Strike.

I WANT TO WATCH NOWW
I agree with egg’s statement and tone (but I don’t actually have the intention of rushing content creators)
@@koithepikness5935 A premier means the video is already done
@@Shotis noticed that as I pressed the send button
too freaking bad shotis oatmeal, you're gonna have to wait like the rest of us (except me, I've watched it a few times. It's quite a nice video. I think I'll watch it again right now actually.)
@@nyarubico 😭
Excellent video
thank
Life changing
Great video!
Would love to see your sniper skills carried on to other classes that can utilize flicks!
Also what a shut down against casual as cowboy, that was amazing.
I'll think about showing off some other classes.
@@nyarubico i had a bit of a funny idea, but we need quite a few things to line up:
we join random cs servers and team on teamers, using some BS combos like double guardian, double illu/charger chain grab, reaper + anything with a high damage single-hit attack, etc
@liq When my freind and I do team on teamers like you said, we like to use monk + defender. There a great combo.
@@liquidscreamisnomore you ever do double reaper before? When someone hits a death mark, both players hit F. I've been on the receiving end of it...
@@nyarubico *double* reaper? *pff,* i've done seven reapers vs one dancer (we still lost)
this is my new favorite video

Ok, so basically part 1 to this video is "The Samurai Experience (1/2)". The reason I made it 2 parts is because I used the first half of the footage in the first video, and I wanted to put the rest of that footage in a 2nd part. This is the 2nd part. I named it "Goodbye Samurai" because there (probably) isn't any samurai in this half. Part 1: czcams.com/video/ouctOpgXvlI/video.html
😈
make a part 3 w/ me playing samurai :troll:
Sorry but I already have footage for part 3. Maybe you'll appear in a part 4 :3
