I love how they added their vocals and guitar/bass riffs, it sounds so refreshing !
Love the atmosphere of this one. Thoroughly liquid, but in such a different way than pretty much anything else. Tbh, this almost sounds like what C&K have been mostly failing to attempt for years.
This song makes me feel inexplicably happy and joyful, thank you Fred V & Grafix for delivering so hard on this. I always keep coming back to Comb Funk as well, that one hits me right in the heart

To be honest, musically it sounds good but I wouldn't rave on this like on 'Just A Thought' or get hit by the feelings like on 'Games People Play'. It's just me...

The track is brilliant, sound designwise and musicwise, also not all the tracks are made for ultra raving or for the open audience, which by my opinion is pretty awesome. It's a track which you can listen by yourself, feel all the emotions, cry, laugh, raveout etc. Big respect for Fred and Grafix, keeping their game at top level.
Think we all want the older style but i dont think theyre making tunes for the rave, i feel like theyre creating music to push themselves sonically and musically with instruments which is cool! Maybe one day they may just randomly go back and revist older styles!

I'm not sure if I'd call C&K's new music "further" than zeitgeist. Just seems like they feel too big for the genre and have decided to start releasing clap and bass nonsense.

Well I certainly see that "Mosaik" isn't entirely a dnb album anymore and that dnb has some move in its scene. But then it's all about taste. That anti-drop thing I love for instance.
I think you're probably right, and they do it way better. That is a huge component of art though, being able to take elements that you like and eventually create something unique out of it.

Comb Funk has that certain nostalgic effect to it too that Clap Funk doesn't, you know what I mean?

puka artists develop and don't want to hash out the same tunes over and over. If you want old Fred v and grafix then listen to old Fred v and grafix those songs haven't changed. Stop trying to condemn artists because "blah blah I want old blah blah"

Oxygen was fine, but then it's started sounding same and average.
I think that the album "Cinematic Party Music" is more in line with Fred V & Grafix's debut album "Recognise".
