Omg! This is awesome! This is the FIRST time the explanation has resulted in me actually doing the pose!!! Wow!!! Yay!!! Thank you!!!
I second that sentiment!!!
Me too. First time a charm🙂🙂🙂
Wow, a whole new light. Thank you

Thank you! This is most helpful tip I found to do the post.
I cannot thank you enough !! My first success just with one trial with you. Before watching your video I tried so many times with no success at all
all this time i have been looking at the wrong tutorial..althought it was for some second i found out i can do it..i ll practice from now on..this is the most simple and effective tutorial.
I will "lean in to my exterior, with such clarity and such grace" (7:00), I promise!
:-)
Seriously, you have such a clear and colorful language. It convinced me to go "from the forceful will" to "coil back from the pit of the belly, touching deep inside the center, tapping to the grace lies within" (0:40).
Thanks for showing the different variations for crow pose!
So glad I found this video. Best explanation. Thank you.💓🙏✌
Best explanation ever !!! Thank you 🙏
great demo! Thx, appreciate it!
Great explanation and demonstration. I just starting building on the foundation to the Crow Pose and trying to get my knees/shin on the back of my arms was uncomfortable to say the least. Nice to see that you can have the knees outside the arms to start with and then squeeze up into the pose.
A way to go yet but some great cues of where I should be.
Nice, variations. I will recommend those to my regular instructor since there are some in our regular class who cannot do it.
Thanks, great tutorial.
Thank you!🙏🏻
Fantastic thank you
I didn't know I'm able to do it in the first attempt, at least in few seconds. Thank you so much for this guide. Namaste!
ํYou are wonderful woman. Thank you so much.
Very helpful!
ABSOLUTELY wonderfully taught!!
Great presentation

Thank you fr variations
Love it !
Thank u for step by step... will keep and try 👍
so cool
Great spirit...and good use of humour...thanks no more grunting into bakasana ;--)
Just stumbled across this - Well presented and useful explanation. Many thanks!
Wow! I love the modification of crow pose on the forearms! It has been my goal to accomplish the pose, but I have wrist issues. Thank you so much!
OMG thank you so much
This is the most practical bakasana guide i come across on CZcams. Now I learn the right point I need to consider to improve where I am. Thank you so much for taking time breaking this down. I did it better but still fall on my face lol.
I found this to be a much more helpful approach than attempting to start up high. Do you have any other lessons on you tube?
Ed G
Legs on the outer arms is easier to do. Thanks.
How to do head stand yoga
Much of the problem with arm balances is the angle of the wrists. Even in the last variation drawing the knees to chest and lifting the feet off the floor the wrists are at an extreme acute angle. My wrists just don’t do that after years of practice.
I would say both physical willpower and mental Determination
Isn't crow pose Kakasana and Bakasana is crane?
Not so good for me. I can't get my knees much higher up my arms than my elbows. Your body position at 4:02 looks far, far beyond my capabilities. Can you suggest a modification that would make crow pose possible for me?
Put a yoga towel on your triceps; eliminating slipping.
