  • In this episode I went solo trying to practice the exercises I trained previously with the trainer. Also to focus more on improving my cardio and endurance.

    I would just like to offer one unsolicited piece of advice - when throwing the round kick, open up your pivoting leg( the leg you stand on). This will also help with that 'movement looking beautiful' that you were talking about

    bro if you want to do cardio, roadwork is really the best. Do intervals of sprinting and walking know your own pace generally start from 2min sprint to 8min walk then go up from there you could add shadow boxing every walking part to keep your heart pumping. promise great exercise for your cardio and explosiveness. hope to see your progress ❤

    The best thing you can do for yourself brother is, get a job that gets you any money. Go to an mma gym. They are expensive, but that's where you can actually learn. That bag ain't gonna hip toss you and try to choke you out. You have the athleticism. You need the reality of real mma training though brother. If not your ass will get surprised beyond belief.

      I have a gym and a trainer too. but i get too tired during training with a trainer, so just doing extra work to get my cardio up to speed

      @@DrNjangStone I think you have the talent to learn fast brother, your cardio and speed will come, focus on getting sharp. Your technique is lagging but if you focus you can close the gap fast. Most import of all, have fun brother!

    Russia has got one of the best boxing and wrestling schools. What are you trying to do there alone? Just sign up for a class it will replace your gym, cardio and other exercises
