    Great video, thanks. Just started doing these a couple of days ago and this told me exactly what I was doing wrong - mainly standing way too far away

    Is a full squat required? Or can I quarter squat as long as I get the ball up to target?

      Your butt need to get below parallel. Just below a half squat.

    How do you generally workout and prepare for hyrox ? Do you do lots of circuits ? Or do you focus more individually on each station exercise ? Do you run on treadmills in between exercises ? Thanks 🙏

      A little bit of all of depending on the time of the year 8-12 weeks out from an event running between stations 2-3 times per week is themove.
