    Quick Tip, if you had only done one Hyrox (first timer) compare your date using Rich's sheet with the closest person who did a better time than you on your category. For example, if you came 11th in your age category, add the data of the 10th plaec into the sheet. Will give you some good place to start as you do more Hyrox races.

    I love this! thank you! I think this underrated most people trying to do Hyrox, they focus on workout more and to me this data you get is just so useful. I was not sure how to use it mostly from understanding my weaknesses. Comparing your data to another competitor is a great idea! Thank you! I can't wait to use ChatGPT and all these data with AI.
