Today I am going to experience an amazing boat ride through Alleppey. This is a must-do activity if you are visiting the Alappuzha backwaters. The backwaters are so beautiful, calm and I actually learnt many things about Alleppey that I did not know before. This was an awesome experience.

I absolutely loved my time there. It’s one of the few places on earth where I could live permanently. It’s so serene and peaceful
Bro,if you have got time you should take KSRTC Bus from Alappuzha Stand to Kumily.One of the best buses in kerala.Starts at 6:40 am in the morning and u have to reach there atleast at 6...Reach Kumily at 11.From there u can vlog a video coz the climate is wonderful and return bus at 1 pm and it reaches Alappuzha at 5:40 pm.I just said this coz i travel daily on that bus and it will be a great day for you.Total travel cost would be Rupee's 250... Please take this bus if u are doing a vlog on KSRTC Bus...By the way Congratulations on Reaching 100K...All the best for ur Future Videos..... They are one of my Favourites.....Bye Bro(Aliya)

Im a Malayalee and leaved my life in Europe and now in US. I couldn't get a chance to see Alappuzha yet. Im so happy for you Luke.I dont know Alappuzha is this much beautiful until I watched your video. Next vacation I will sure visit Alappuzha. @@LukeDamant alleppy is the modernized name of alapuzha ...most of the places in kerala has a local name and its modern version....it evolved slowly...
british colonization and introduction of english education also contributes to the current names . I can give u some eg s
Thiruvananthapuran = trivandrum
Thrissur = trichy
Alapuzha = alappey
Kollam = quilon
C....nw names are convenient!!😀

Alappuzha to Alleppey , Kochi to Cochin, Tiruvanantapuram to Trivandrum, Kollam to Quilon , Mumbai to Bombay, Kolkata to Calcutta, Varanasi to Banares, and so on, although i wonder why brits called Kannuur as Canannore !!! , ridiculous hihi. Recently many of them have been renamed back to the original.
