Hi Jeremy, thank you for a great video.... I'd like to offer one tip to protect your new enamel pans... when trimming the excess pastry, use the back of the knife blade as this will help protect the enamel surface on the circumference of the dish. Once again, many thanks -

Thank you. No it wasn't. I put the fan off completely when I bake cakes and tarts.
