- Officials in Charlotte, North Carolina, provided an update Tuesday after four law enforcement officers were killed while serving a warrant Monday. Four other officers were also shot and remain hospitalized, police said. A 39-year-old suspect was killed at the scene.

Perhaps during your investigation, you'll throw around the idea of " was it really worth losing 4 officers to get one suspect"? I don't care what his crime was. There are convicted felons carrying guns everyday but today yall decided that this was the day to serve a lunatic for a warrant of carrying a gun. Did it really take all of those agencies to confront one man at his house? Also, you may want to think about approaching people houses to serve a warrant. If you were using all of those resources, you came out better having one officer watch the house and jumped out on him in public. I doubt he'd be carrying a Ak14/16 into Walmart. BTW, former law enforcement officer here and this was a bad call. I'm in support of law enforcement

Coming from the US Army this is all part of the job and we just get on with it knowing that we could die at any moment it's not a big deal

That's because there's no evidence showing that these women's was involved in what this guy did just because they were there during the incident. Because we're hearing a one-sided story of shots fired from the house after the suspect was already down. And from the looks of how the house was destroyed by gunfire. I highly doubt it very much that someone would have been standing and firing back at officers during all of that. So We have to wait and see before any more mistakes are made. I know you heard stories of innocent people being incarcerated for years For a crime they didn't commit. Just because someone like yourself thought they should be. Even without the evidence..

This is very sad. These Police officers were conducting their service to their country . When their lives were cut short. Leaving families, friends and loved one's to morne their lost
I saw this in a dream a few days ago but wasnt sure where it would happen. I saw more than 4 officers hurt and knew some died but didnt know how many. I also vaguely saw the mourning families but also saw the person being served felt he was a victim (of something) himself (I felt it in his energy) but I didnt get any other specifics. Everything was fresh in my head when I woke up but got vague as the day went on. My warmest regards and condolences to the families on both sides.

We need to know why the warrant was served, why did the suspect fire. Was it a faulty warrant? Was it self defense? I need all of the facts to come out before jumping to conclusions.
@Bruss813 he was a felon who had a warrant due to guns. Bad guy killed 4 officers bad guy dead.

It's not normal, it's extremely uncommon. Tons of gun owners yet realistically very few shootings. I do not give a damn about other countries stats. You cannot compare the U.S. to any other nation in good faith the size, demographics, and the right to bear arms are not common across the world.
