What You'll Learn:
Pairing Your EntryPad and Lock: If you are using a ProLogic (EntryPad has an LCD screen) or a ScanLogic (Biometric), the lock system will not sound, but the LCD will report "Link with Lock OK." This indicates that the lock is now in digital mode and has been successfully paired and the default codes will operate the lock.
Note: With a ProLogic or ScanLogic, if the Super Code or Manager Code has been changed in the EntryPad prior, this reset method will not set these codes to default, but will set them to the codes programmed in the EntryPad.

This process pairs the lock with the entrypad for all ProLogic entrypads. It does not reset the codes to factory default if that is what you are trying to do. You must know the codes as set in the lock. There is another process to reset the lock to factory default if you don’t know the codes. This is called a Recovery and can only be completed by a licensed locksmith.

Why only a licensed locksmith? If I bought the security container and it included the lock and someone has changed the super code from the factory default - why would I need a licensed locksmith? Why wouldn't Securam provide the information directed in step 6 of Ch 7 of the owner's manual to the owner of the lock that's affixed to the security container I own? @@Securamsys

01/09/2023 0936-0957 - I just spoke with a SecuRam Customer Service agent. And although I told them I am not a locksmith or a law enforcement officer, I was able to breech your stated security protocol specified on your electronic lock recovery request and they provided me with a recovery key to your combination lock. I could easily have been a thief and your agent just provided me the key to open a container. How do you explain their actions? @@Securamsys
