  • Though it’s not as visually appealing as other Swedish cities like Stockholm and Uppsala, I still found Malmö, Sweden's third largest city to be pretty cool. The city is located in Skåne country which is known for having slightly strange Swedish accents, when compared to the rest of the country. Walking around the city I really enjoyed some of the places like Lilla Torg, Malmö Castle, and the Turning Torso. Now that I live in Sweden, I can go here whenever I would like but my first time here was actually while visiting Copenhagen during an Easter weekend several years ago.
You can take a train from Copenhagen airport across the Öresund bridge and reach Malmö in about 40 minutes time. It's a great way of seeing two countries in one trip if you can manage at least a half day to commit to this city. This is a collection of my drone footage that I was able to compile on my last trip there. And if you want to check out my blog post on what I did in Malmö, check it out here: www.ecksplorer.com/blog/take-a...

As for the drone regulations: to fly in Sweden, one must have registered within their home European country and passed an exam in the A1/A3 drone category. As always, drone rules such as maintaining visual line of sight, flying no more than 120 meters in altitude, and never flying over crowds must always be adhered to.
Lastly, if you have even more time to explore Sweden, why not go a little further north to check out Sweden's second largest city of Gothenburg (Göteborg). You can find out more information about it on my blog post here:
