the truth as unsatisfying as it is,is that you need to figure this out yourself, others can help you and guide you but itâs ultimately up to you to figure out what you want to do. Iâm 23 and spent a lot of time slacking off and recently started work in the trades, itâs helped a lot and if that interests you see if thereâs a trade union near you. Youâll make it but life is really difficult and weâre all in it together.

Geez, the part where he was talking about the expectation for 16-17 year olds to know what they want to do for the rest of their lives really hit close to me. 4 years of college working towards nursing only to take one semester of it because I wasn't actually cut out for it. Been about a year since I stopped schooling and i'm still struggling to figure out what to do.
I get you man. Hang in there. 3 weeks until the end of my 4th semester as a game art major and I dropped out today. Thought this was always what I wanted to do. Turns out I canât handle it. The stress of feeling like I had to commit to this path I chose as a teenager that I donât want anymore got so insanely bad that Iâm being sent to rehab next month. Itâs fucking ridiculous. Youâll find what you want to do, I promise. and even if you donât, thereâs nothing wrong with just existing. Working and living. You donât need to have a big end goal. For me, after I get out of rehab, Iâm considering moving to Montana or something and becoming a ranch hand. I dunno. Worlds an oyster
