Canelo is close to having that perfect blend of age and experience. As for P4P #1, frankly I never bought into Bud Crawford being the best. He fights cherry picks and only once a year. His prime motivation for calling Canelo out is financial, because it is a ridiculous match-up and Canelo would steam roll the 37 year old Crawford. Canelo has been #1 for some time now. He's the standard bearer for the sport and his record is exemplary. Can't say that about anyone else. Period.

I feel like Crawford’s punches won’t be as effective if he goes up 2 weight classes. He has that counter puncher style that could give Canelo problems but I feel like the difference in weight will matter if he jumps 2 weight classes. If Crawford fights at 154, then 160 and then 168 and then finally fights Canelo, then I think his chances will be way better because his body will have time to adjust.

Crawford probably doesn't have enough time left to do that,he's 36 years old and he's already fought in 3 different weight divisions.154lbs will be his 4th weight division.

Good video and thoughts. I know we will never know 100% for certain, however he did take a hair follicle test and was cleared. The hair follicle test tells you with more certainty if substances have been taken for real as it stays in the hair for much longer time.

The only one that would make some sense at this point is Jarmall Charlo because Bivol did not make himself available at 175… I think Canelo also tried Benavidez but PBC didn’t let the fight happen… Anyways, I wouldn’t mind Crawford jumping to the 168 to fight Canelo… Cheers

Canelo resume GGG (HOF),, Mosley (HOF) , Mayweather (HOF), Kova (HOF) and Cotto (HOF). Tomato can Crawford resume Jeff horn, Spence, viktor postal, benevidez jr and Amir Khan. Canelo is 3 weight classes above and beat elite fighters so Canelo would put 37yr Crawford to sleep!!!!

if the crawford fight happens, crawford will get crushed. he will be slower at 168 and canelo has a very high connect percentage. also, crawford gets hit. he's just so offensively good and is durable that it doesnt matter. but against canelo, it will.
