How to explain in a example that it is a positive or negative liberty
Nobody stops a physically challenged person to watch movie- negative liberty ; making entry to Cinema hall possible in wheel chair- positive liberty, as this step has increased the capability of someone to do what he wants to do...

Sir Thomas Hobbes is an advocate of absolute sovereignty , how can we call him as a supporter of negative liberty
Hobbes defined liberty as "Thomas Hobbes, "a free man is he that in those things which by his strength and wit he is able to do is not hindered to do what he hath(has) the will to do". this is clearly negative liberty- freedom to do anything without external constraints
don't mix nature of sovereignty with his idea of liberty. he never said that individuals enjoy liberty under the Leviathan...

Isaiah berlin finally sides with positive liberty but says that it can be misused,am i right Sir??
not exactly, Berlin being liberal and proponent of value pluralism sides with negative liberty ...though he is critical of some aspects of it...but he totally derides misuse of the conception of positive liberty by the authoritarian regimes...hope it clear your doubts...
