Travel Australia | Rockjumping into our favourite WATERFALL in Queensland Ep 24

- Every time we travel to Cairns we visit this waterfall. It’s gotta be, hands down THE BEST WATERFALL IN QUEENSLAND. We’re not kidding.
Once again, thanks to Marky Mark (Dunc’s dad) for once upon a time being a local around these parts and showing us all the hidden gems / “local spots”.
Behana Gorge is an easy drive south west of Cairns, tucked in to the Tablelands, and nowadays, easy to find - with just a short 45 minute hike to the top. Road trip here to discover a series of cascading waterfalls, with a crazy number of pools to swim, splash and jump in, we’d recommend a day trip to fully enjoy the waterfall properly.
BUT FIRST we have other business to attend to. Travelling Australia and more specifically, Queensland we’ve been on the hunt for fresh coconuts. We’re both quietly obsessed with any coconut product (water, milk, flesh, pina coladas…) and we find a bounty of deliciously fresh coconuts at Wonga Beach, just north of Port Douglas.
So we fill our bellies with spiked coconut, then get to work giving Duncan a fresh haircut. What do you think? Leave us a comment if you prefer him with or without hair. Well… it’s too late now but maybe he’ll grow it back down the track hahaha.

We’re so so lucky to be able to travel around and explore, and gosh since travelling we realise how much more there is to see 😅 Australia is so beautiful and diverse, hopefully we manage to capture some of the essence and spirit of each place in our short videos 😊
