A few years ago, a foreign renewable energy investment group showed a special interest in some of our citrus fields. En este caso se trata de arrendamientos de largo plazo que es lo que suelen hacer estos grupos inversores de las renovables. De 20 a 30 años como mínimo. No suelen comprar los terrenos.
Los terrenos siguen siendo tuyos, pero no puedes hacer nada con ellos hasta pasado ese tiempo y en el caso de que quisieras recuperar los terrenos antes por lo que sea, vendría el problema, que obviamente tendrías que pagar una cuantía o indemnización hacía la empresa o grupo por anular contrato, al igual que si ellos también lo hicieran...
Realmente están ofreciendo muy poco dinero y quieren muy poca extensión, no arriendan todas las tierras que tienes, sino un pequeño trozo de especial interés para abastecer empresas concretas de un polígono industrial cercano, con lo que no sale nada rentable y encima te rompe la finca en varios trozos.
Esto solo sería viable en grandes explotaciones agrarias de hectáreas y hectáreas, pero aquí que como mucho tienes 20-30 hanegadas, que no equivaldría ni a 3 hectáreas, pues no salen los números...
Por el momento ya nos hemos negado 3 veces, veremos si no vienen a las malas al final y nos ponemos a repartir leña, que nos tienen calentitos entre unos y otros.
