As a Thai/Lao, I hope you do more Thai movies! I absolutely love their horror films some of them are actually supposed to be with comedy but most of them have very sad backstories. 4Bia is an amazing 1 for example. Has the same actor from the beginning of this movie:)

Story 2, seems like the plan to not crosspaths and treat him like a roommate would still work. But just reverse the time he had planned. Guy working at night actually makes it easier since he can be out or record during the day while the ghost uses the bed and then sleep in his own bed while the ghost is at 'work'.
the second story isn't too bad, the ghost isn't doing anything to harm the new owner, he's like a roommate
