I love how at the 200 meters all the other runners are moving their legs crazy fast and bolt just makes these super long steps
Those super long steps are called strides
@@zephonyx6204 basically every step bolt takes is a stride, when he runs it's insane how long his strides are for running that fast

@@Skeleton43 I feel like you're making a very odd distinction. All sprinting steps are generally referred to as strides. It doesn't make sense to say a greater % of Bolt's steps are strides than those of other sprinters.
He is very big like 195cm so he needs that! Shorter runners need a higher cadans!

Javelins are especially made NOT to reach 100m, if they reach 100m, they could kill high jumps athletes on the opposite side of the stadium, some techniques do exists (spinning technics), but they are banned because of this
Actualy jan zelezni reached 100m and they needed to make changes on center of gravity of javelin so it would fall down quicker, i think he made 100m with old javelim

With today's restrictions on javelins, you'll most likely never see that record broken.
what difference do the restrictions make if you don't mind listing them?
Tea Total they changed the way that they were weighted and they also changed the tip to make it smoother, making it impossible to come anywhere near the record. There’s a 6 meter difference in the records
Jan Zelezny record is with new javelin restriction. Old record before restriction was over 104m. This year some German throw over 97m so we can see this record fall.
