I had to do some tweaking to save the CZcams logo in my gallery and also I needed to verify my YT account before I can upload a custom thumbnail. @Kodak ToCold I don't know what your problem is exactly but if you try to click custom thumbnail and it doesn't work, and sends you to a page, you click learn more and the steps will be there but that's all I can think of if its not working, but if you already know what the steps are and It keeps on sending you to that page then I don't know whats wrong at this point just try to do the things I said in the previous comment but Idk
