- Marvel has a new multiverse rule revolving around Anchor, or, Nexus beings that affect incursions in the MCU! This connects characters like Deadpool, Loki and the Scarlet Witch together. It also ties in Deadpool and Wolverine to Loki season 2, the new Avengers movie and the upcoming Scarlet Witch movie that will release before Avengers Secret Wars hopefully. Marvel's new multiverse incursion rule will introduce anchor beings or Nexus beings into the mcu which will start to cause even more incursions to happen in Marvel's MCU multiverse.

@@batmanwins5701yeah wandavision and doctor strange 2 marvel has reduced the contract limitations it's generally a small contract at the beginning it was different in phase 1 but has changed a lot in phase 4 and 5

All the ads from WandaVision, back when so many people thought it would be Mephisto behind things and the showrunner didn't know who he is. Don't think we can analyze the commercials too closely, especially now, so many years later.

They need to call Avengers 5, Avengers Time Runs Out, which will be a prelude to Avengers: Secret Wars. I wonder how they'll introduce Molecule Man in the MCU, I wonder.

And then maybe after the death of a nexus being, they can either choose a successor, or if none are chosen then the line of nexus beings dies in that universe. I would also point out that there is another story in West Coast Avengers. Wanda loses her children because they are magical beings. Vision loses his memories of Wanda and becomes White Vision. Wanda suffers a mental breakdown. Immortus takes control of Wanda because he wants her nexus powers. It turns out that he has manipulated Wanda
since she was born. That would work with Wanda's story arc in the MCU so far.
In the first episode of Loki season 2, there is a end credit sequence which consists of sticky notes. One says "hex moment?" That suggests that maybe the TVA has been trying to find Scarlet Witch.

Nexus being and anchor being are two different sets of individuals. Nexus being actions can effect the entire universe and with enough interference can cause incursions that will destroy that universe. Despite that if a Nexus being were to die the universe can still go on. Anchor being can also effect the universe but any changes they cause will remain while also not cause any incursions but if anchor where to die that Universe also will die slowly. For example a Nexus being of the MCU is probably Wanda maximoff and the anchor Being will be Spider-Man based off of what people are saying. In the Loki TV show timeline Loki was the Nexus Being and he remains was the anchor being.
Erm, I don't think Spiderman will be that anchor. Relevant and important sure but not the Anchor.

IDK... i think the criteria for being a Nexus being would be that you had to have crossed over into a different timeline/reality in some fashion or that you have had a direct impact on another reality or even created a whole new reality.
Tom Holland's Spider-man along with Doctor Strange had a direct impact on the realities of all those that crossed over in No Way Home.
Wanda and Doctor Strange had direct impacts on other realities doing the Dreamwalking thing.
The Avengers (Cap, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Hulk, Ant-Man, Iron Man, War Machine, Rocket Racoon, Thor and Nebula) all had an impact having used the Quantum Realm to time-travel.
Nebula, Gamora, Ebony Maw, Corvus Glaive, Cull Obsidian, Proxima Midnight, Thanos and all his alien armies all crossed through the Quantum Realm to try and retrieve the Infinity Stones.
Deadpool used Cable's time device to hop around and correct things that mattered to him in the timeline.
Wolverine and Charles and Kitty (or Rogue depending on the cut) all had a hand in altering the past in Days of Future Past.
Loki, Sylvie, Kang, Moebius, Oroborous, and many of the TVA have also had hands in altering timelines.
So all that to say that potentially everyone is a candidate to be a Nexus being of a reality.

Wandavision was originally going to do the whole Nexus thing (beyond the ad). Before Dr. Strange would have had a cameo in order to do it, but it fell through so they changed direction.

I think Marvel using nexus events to connect characters to characters and stories to stories is great. It'll be perfect to connect deadpool to the Avengers.
I think they should use this to bring all these characters together by having a kang from these different universes that are defeating those avengers and heros.

I think I've been Mandela Effected. I could've sworn the term "Nexus Being" has been said at least 5 times since WandaVision, but it hasn't been said once. They always find some other way of saying it, like "absolute point in time" or "multiversal threat."

this talk of anchors and nexus beings gives me an idea. mainly when you mentioned Deadpool. What if She-Hulk was on that list somehow? i was just thinking maybe that could be a way to explain her 4th wall stuff and why her show was so different from the other MCU things so far as tone. I doubt they'll do this. I don't think she was a Nexus being in the comics, but the premise you bring out sounds fascinating. and if they wanted to MCU write off any issues they had with that show, they could say it was a smaller varriant universe or something from the MCU with some minor differences. seems a little convoluted i think as far as pulling this kind of card. But I do remember in the comics they did this small little write off for some things one of the writers did for She-Hulk years ago where she was sleeping with the Juggernaught for some reason. They wrote in her book that she didn't remember doing that becasue that was another She-Hulk running around in Marvel. Turns out there was a Universe B, where some people that match superheroes, visit Earth-616A or something and visit on vacation and stuff. I could see something like this happening with multiversal stuff. with MCU-A Jen Walters being a little more serious and fun, where as MCU-B Jen Walters (the one from the show that came out) is a little more 4th wall-acting and sitcomy.
