That is so pretty, Rachel! 💜🌿🌹🌹🌹🌿
To back my slow stitch projects I use leftover batting pieces. It makes a softer piece. Good video though Rachel.
I loved this tutorial thank you.
Beautiful project and I really appreciate the pace of your presentation. It makes me want to give it a go!
I love anything Boro and this project is just perfect to use up scraps. Such a great idea for memory scraps too, just like you did with your grandma's pyjamas. Thank you for sharing 🥰
Love this, and how sweet to use your Nans pjs. I’m sure your Mom will love it. New subscriber.❤
I was pondering how to make a closure, this 2 button one with the ties is perfect for my pouch I made. I was gonna use snap fasteners, which I'm not keen on. Love how this 2 button closure looks.
I love this! Slow stitching with a purpose… really nice.
I like your style both of design and presentation. What a lovely thing to do for your Mom and Grandma.
Beautiful, artful.
Nice watching a speeded up video as I make these anyway. Always good to see someone else making similar. Thankyou.

A beautiful piece, Rachel. I love how your incorporated that special fabric as a memory of your grandma for this sweet gift for your mum. Great selection of coordinating fabrics too. Will definitely have to give this a go. I shared another approach to making a fabric envelope to hold work in progress stitching projects, feel free to check it out if you’re interested. ❤ ❤
Очень красиво) Я тоже люблю боро и шью. Заходите посмотреть🌷
Супер
Thank you for sharing. It’s beautiful. Q: What kind of batting or interfacing did you use here?
Thank you! I didnt use any batting, I created the patchwork on top of a calico fabric and stitched through that. You could use batting instead, that would feel nice and squishy. You could just use whatever you have on hand or scraps.
this is so sweet Rachel, thanks a ton for sharing!
Can't wait that my handes will work again properly.
What's the grey thingie laying on the table?
Many thanks again from a new subbie
So glad you enjoyed the video!. That is a wool ironing mat x
@@stitchwithrachel oh, for your lil iron, sure.
I thought it's something to help pinning the small patches down🤭
Thank you very much for your quick reply, I'm glad I found your channel🌷
Thanks for this. I’m inspired to do one now. May I ask what size backing fabric you started on. The end sizing looks great 😊
Sorry. I got to the bit where you mentioned A4 size.
Loveeeeee 🇧🇷💘💝🌻💕💖🌹
I be right back
You wanted speed in a slow stitching project! Perhaps you should of called it sashiko or boro inspired 😊
