Imp conclusions:-
1. understand exam( syllabus,pyq, self analysis)
2. Testseries and revision
3. Make a macro plan
4.follow trustworthy resources and mentors
5.basics
6. If u r not able to complete 100% , cover 80 % but with multiple revision
7. Don't take exam , attempt for granted
8. Don't follow shortcut
9. Make notes after 3-4 reading

Notes
Clear goal this much portion should must be completed in such and such period of time .
And
1) understand the exam by own
Syllabus and pyq
Subject weightedge
And question paper pattern
And 2)
Have proper plan
Structure shedule
Of each and everthing
Subject : time kitna dena hai and so on
" don't rely on others for your own benefit "
Ncert are imp go through it
And
3) there is no shortcut for the success and for greatness
Basic foundation is really important
Do study in structured way ❤❤
Deep learning is important
Hardwork , effort , dhyan proper study
Belief in you
"Improve your character , "
Donot avoid revision simultaneously, do it with learning
Test yourself
First read
Then revision and the make notes
Be serious
Have definite goal in which year you are going to give it
And attempt
Pick a deadline

I have hardly watched 2-3 topper's videos for guidance purpose as I believe that listening to every successful aspirant may make one confuse in his/her preparation. But honestly I followed yours and IAS M.Jindal's videos and find it quite helpful. The experience which you posses and the way you explain things is commendable. I'm sure any aspirant who believes in your content and works consistently in that direction without getting distracted is the future civil servant.
Its sad that you were not able to get through maybe God had some different plans for you but still by making such contents and guiding the aspirants you are into a kind of civil service.

1) Understanding Examination's nature,
2) Planning is important,
