Sad and sorry to see your plants been damaged by flood. I did have same problem with 3weeks downpour rain last year here in USA. Mostly tomato and eggplants got damaged with roots rotting. I had no insurance and had to bear big loss. Hopefully, this is little challenge and lessons by Mother Nature.
Create more rainwater harvesting underground tunnels, the water crisis will be epic in d coming time. Delhi/NCR is going to go through very disaster situation if from now on they don't start ground water recharging through rain water harvesting process. N in Delhi rain is going to increase more in the coming years like last two years has been an example, last to last year was lesser than last year, it ll increase more this year, so create as many possible options which ll save water and protect ur fields. The climate crisis is very evident now, n it has at last reached here.
Every farmer should create rain water pits or tunnels in evry corners of their fields or atleast arena, they ll never fall short of water and nor their fields ll drown. Exceptional situations r definitely always there. But it shall reduce to some to great extent their loses.

To keep farm safe ... Dig one recharge pit every one acre.
Recharge pit - small pit of size 4ft x 4ft x 6ft depth. Feel this pit with different size stones to filter water.
Benifits of recharge pit -
This pit will help farmers to save crops in heavy rains as this pits will soak all access water to underground within few hours so crops will not be damaged.
Also if possible gro two trees next to this pits... This will help to conver cloud in rains and also to filter water as much as possible

*Did you flatten your land before sowing?* this seems to be mainly due to flattening... because near the trees the grass has not gone under water! Flattening the land destroys water draining channels built over centuries. This gets magnified if the land lacks dung beetle & earthworms (the rainwater pipeline specialists).

Make trenches 2/3and inter connected to each other and then the last trench should be connected near the well or borewell it will reacharge it
I'm wondering why you haven't put rain gutters for your sheds and collected water from there itself. You can prevent all the rain that falls on those roof with collection tanks there itself or even a tank beneath the shed, and any excess you could drain to another recharging pit.
Along the space between the raised bed, you can dig shallow pits just deeper than rootzone and fill it with sand and gravel. Those are usually used for subirrigation in clayey soil, but it can work as disseminated shallow recharging points, so it can.
If you do have a bit more budget, you can set up high-low rainshelter structures over the crop and also put rain gutter on it to manage the drainage.

Just one doubt - ideally we should not pore water directly to the bore the reason is , it's muddy and might contaminate ground water table. Any specific reason you did not put filter in the bore/pipe
We have installed a basic Mesh filter system around the pipe. it takes care for mud and stones.

From last 2 years we are facing excessive water in our rice fields pl suggest what should we do as our rice field spoils due to this. There is a pond next to our field which overflows and the water comes in our fields. The adjoining land to us has put a big cement pipe and the water comes in our field.

proper Rain water harvesting fiteration technique can be adopted rather than sending dirty water to underground Source via Bore pipes.

Sir there is one doubt regarding water harvesting. As what u mentioned in video that the pit for harvesting is 4 feet wide & 70 feet deep, that much volume counts to be nearly 24000 litres. So doubt is that is it enough storage ??
