This was the tango in Scent of a Woman too..In my humble opinion, the Tango is the most beautiful dance ever devised...I could watch a woman do her step's all day long. The way they drag the leg back and make that circle with their toes...I'm not sure what it's called, but it makes me stop breathing. Lol what a dance!!

Sounds like he wrote in a piece for the accordion, and also the piano and harmonica and ....is that an oboe or clarinet (or maybe an alto sax) I hear? John Williams composed the Theme for Schindler's List...and this sounds like he also did the orchestration & arrangements. Genius and hardworking...
