- ...we know it is weird to hear that from us!
We tried to measure torque a few times. First time we tried on a giant swing, we ended up with a broken cage. Later on we tried measure the torque in the air, but it didn't really lead to desired results. We learned from both test!
But now is different! We don't want to measure torque in Nm, but how much of that torque is getting compensated in percent.
Join us and see how we are going to do it!

The difference between playing around and science is writing it down. This work is impressive!
Love your approach on testing your concepts. Loves that it proves me I made the right choice going with Scout 😄 Thank you for another great video.
Outstanding work, Miro! Never stop innovating, this is what sets scout ahead of the pack.
Love this kind of investigation. Thank you! The time you put in is _greatly_ appreciated.
Precise and concise! Awesome content!
Bravo,
Soon as it warms up a bit, even I will have data for ya!

Love ur Style! NYC
Amazing
Nice test Miro! A little thing I’ve noticed myself, the prop used makes a lot of difference in the amount of torque created. So how well balanced both the dynamic torque compensation and the carabiner offset is, are affected with the prop used. It’s good you kept those variables the same and not switching paramotor frames or props…
I am so impressed with your channel! Really great content! Very educational thank you!
PMSL. 🤪Apology accepted. 🥰
I would think taking a drone body and fixing it central axis of your paramotor frame would yield a huge amount of data from it’s gps, gyros and accelerometers that could be recorded and used to analyze the the simultaneous rates of motion in multiple axies.
legit good sh#t!
Hey Miro, great video! I’m super stoked about experiencing the dtc by myself on my hopefully soon arriving Scout! Which song is it at the end of the Video?
If I purchase a Scout with the Atom 80 option, are the spars tuned for output of the smaller engine and the propeller rotation direction?
Could you discuss how drag plays a role with DTC?
You are forgetting (again) the effect of change in pith on the lowering blade of the propeller at high rpm which produce a big increase in torque. This is a very studied aerodynamic topic in aviation, specially turbo-prop twin planes
Is torque measured as degrés per minute not a function of airspeed?
Counter rotating propellers when?
