    I respect your opinion about the himalayan and I agree this is very purposeful bike and one should buy it only with a purpose. but I don't agree this is 80% off-raod instead, this is 50% off road and 50% highway touring considering the more power in new himalayan. Also, it is very normal to have a fixed headlight in adventure motorcycle and you can refer any big adv motorcycle like tiger or gs1250. It is just a matter that you don't have habit of looking the speedometer in just one position.
    I own himalayan 450 with my height is 5.6. I am completely comfortable with the bike. This may be difficult for new riders out there trying to ride the himalayan.

      I can see you must have checked the whole video. And yes you may be right that this is 50% off road centric & 50% highway centric as I am not used to with the bike and not with the headlight scene.
      And I absolutely agree it’s a matter of time to get used to with the fixed headlight scene. Also in the end it depends on the rider how he/she rides the machine despite of the height issue fact.
      All the best buddy with all the future rides!! 🏍️😊😊

    The new Himalayan is purpose-built to take on the rugged terrain that the Himalayas are all about. I feel, the RE’s R&D team have really set a benchmark when it comes to delivery a bike made to take on this terrain. It can be seen in the tiniest details like putting the airbox under the tank to allow for deeper river crossings and finally getting liquid cooling in for more power output.
    One things for sure, you’d need to adapt to it for daily life. I have the same reservations about headlights not moving in the direction that they turn in. Kinda makes it feel weird from a judgement perspective (I felt the same way when I rode a friend’s Himalayan after riding my Scram which allows the headlight to move)
    In the end, I think it depends on how the bike makes you feel on the test ride. I for one was gonna buy the Meteor but one test ride of the Scram won me over.
    By the way, finally servicing ka kitna fatka pada wallet pe? 😅😅😅

      Yes of course bro it totally depends on your purpose, sometimes your riding style may change after you ride a particular machine for quite of a time! It naturally comes with experience.
      The New Himalayan even the old one, even all the RE models are purpose built cause that’s the beauty when we ride a motorcycle so at least we as a rider should know what are we riding not because everyone saying it’s good or bad!
      And that’s what I wanted to portray in this vlog that its purpose built bike not for everyone! And you will know that once you ride it for a long time!
      And around 9k ka fatka laga bro for the clutch plate and in total 14k ka 3rd service 🥲

      @@BikerBawarchi I can see many CZcamsrs making comparison videos between himalayan 450 and interceptor and proving that earlier is superior than latter. Can’t digest himalayan 450 is superior bike than twin cylinder interceptor.

    • @BikerBawarchi
      @BikerBawarchi  Před 7 měsíci +1

      @@aashishgoswwami actually there shouldn’t be any comparison between these two capable machines! Both are meant to be ridden differently, I don’t know why people compare these two.
      Himalayan is ready for all kind of terrains especially built for off road centric but lacks power if you compare it with Interceptor.
      Whereas, Interceptor is way more powerful than Himalayan with twins, and for city rides or even for long rides ( except for the stock seat discomfort) it’s a beautiful retro machine!
      Now it’s the rider’s choice which one they want to choose based on their riding style 😌

    Your honest opinion between Himalayan 450 and the interceptor?
    I owe an interceptor, except the engine, i feel other parts needs more improvement.
    Suspension, seat, foot pegs...

    • @BikerBawarchi
      @BikerBawarchi  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Hello Bro, I think you misunderstood the whole part of my discussion or may be you haven’t seen the full video, which was never about the comparison between Interceptor & Himalayan.
      I have rode multiple bikes throughout and I know every machine has its charm, beauty & purpose. Interceptor/ GT & recently launched Shotgun these are the most torque & powerful machine till date. While as in adventure category Himalayan/ new Himalayan/ Scram all these are very good for their target audience. I clearly mentioned it in my review that “Who should buy the New Himalayan” not that you shouldn’t buy the Himalayan.
      So I am not at all against the bike’s specifications it’s my personal review which many people can relate to based on what I actually said and many can’t relate cause they might have a different perspective. It’s all good bro.
      In the end it’s not about the bike it’s about the Rider who rides that machine 😊😊, Cheers 🙏😊
      Also Yes I agree with your point but apparently I don’t think they will be able to do those improvements as it will increase the overall price of the bike which will eventually leads to less sale of the product. That’s basically marketing scenes you know. So I feel RE produces best value for money bikes bro or you name any other company which produces similar machines within these same budget & so much of service centre availability all over the world?
      I don’t think there is any till now. But if any other company does that I would definitely would love to check it out. Bike industry is changing now and we can clearly see a better future for all the bike enthusiasts ☺️☺️

      Bhai, duke 390 ka toh jyada idea hai nahi, but city ride ke liye sahi honi chahiye and KTM is known for its high end torques but iske low end thoda sahi nahi rehta, instead 390 adventure might be good for off roads, highway trips cause that bike is somehow meant for off roads.
