Thanks for checking out the video guys!
    **IMPORTANT NOTE**
I didn’t mention in the video, I got too excited but the ‘Lowest’ mode is where it’s at! It only adds the octave effect to the lowest note you play, irrespective of how complex your chords are, it’ll just add it to the lowest note! So sick!

Thanks for doing this video, I ordered one of these pedals last week and it came yesterday while I was at work; I stayed up all night jamming with it-the pedal rocks man. I subscribed to the channel, I am going to go check your bands, and catch up on the old(er) videos you have. Awesome thx! Damn. My oc3 is hitting eBay soon. If I may correct you Rabea: the oc3 has the range control. For years It has been my superpower in solo singersongwriter gigs. Awesome to dial in the octave effect for e and a string TIL the 7th fret to fake the bass while fingerpicking. (yep it’s so precise)But what you missed: you can feed the octaved sound out on the one jack and the dry guitar signal without the octave out the direct out in its usual fx chain. So Bass stays dry and tight. no bass mush in delays etc. Great 3D separations.Live I’ve got an extra amp for the octave bass with comp etc. When I Throw it on my guitalele heads turn for the bass player/ For desert rock I ad in a fuzz on the bass chain. Fun. Try it! Would be awesome if it would be selectable if the hi octave goes out via direct or mono jack.

Got mine, and it's a really fun pedals. It doesn't track as good as the Micro Pog in Poly Mode on chords and arpeggios, but the OC-5 sounds way fatter overall. I might put them both on my board then! Thanks for the great demo and the Range knob explanations. Cheers!

Sounds awesome as hell, Rabea. You're a wicked player. Only thing extra I'm looking for is a step on/off button that swells momentarily to octave/harmonic pitch. Cheers

Wow. Fantastic review. Thanks a lot Rabbea. I listened to some before listening yours. I thought that the sounds were quite awful and then you explain clearly all the great sounds we can obtain with it. And what a pleasure to hear the PRS Paul's guitar in your hands. I have the SE version and it sounds great. I'm wondering how this Boss OC-5 reacts with a Baryton.

15:33 the amount of brown there is on this shot is like the perfect add for the OC5. Which by the way you convinced me to buy

Just gonna pop in and say, that your playing style sounds really interesting on a Stratocaster. I had grown to sort of dislike strats in recent years, but your playing style may have inspired me to start playing on one.
