He wasn’t innocent,just because a person has a backstory where their parents die of natural causes compared to Arthur’s father who got killed doesn’t mean them innocent especially if they chose the life after being “forced” into the odriscolls gang

He was really attached to Horses, and probably was an overall animal lover. Back then, animals were mostly seen as tools, only to be taken care of if they're useful. That's probably why Kieran relates to them, he's only appreciated if he's seen as useful. By the stables he worked with as a kid, the army, the O'Driscolls, even the Van Der Linde Gang. He should've had a happier life.

@@loserinasuit7880 I guess it's because I hung around the camp quite often in-between missions. Specifically just to interact with the gang members and listen to their convos. From what I remember, Jack throwing rocks at Kieran would spawn quite often when I would start up the game at camp in chapter 2.

If everything would have worked out well for the gang I can see Arthur , John ,Hosea, Uncle, Abigail, Sadie Charles, Lenny, Kieran, Sean and little Jack, and probably the girls too as a new gang, adapting to the new century, living in a farm or a commune. And of course Arthur leading them.

The girls love him, don't feel discuss by hu¿im and even flirt with him, unlike Pearson, Micah or Bill. Javier respected him, even when he chose Dutch's side, he never pointed guns at Arthur. Miss Grimshaw stayed on Arthur's side even when Micah said he was a rat, and with Molly she just shot her dead. Hosea relies on Arthur to make Dutch take the right choices. Dutch always gave him the important missions, like rescuing Micah. He's also part of The Old Guard, and he was only 35. Hosea, was getting old and tired, Dutch was getting delussional and Arthur was the glue of the triad. John, Hosea, Abigail, Sadie, Charles, Lenny, Sean, Tilly, Karen, Molly, Uncle, they all followed him. He had an aouthority in the gang. Also when playing as John you can see how many people Arthur's life affected. He didn't care about race, gender or anything like that. He was also conscious of his actions, the gang's actions, and the world in general. He was always quiestioning the morality of everything. Even with low honor you can still see that he was a good man. Everyone said it, after his death. He was just a kind hearted outlaw. And with that kind of influence and authority I think he could have been a great leader even if he didn't wanted to. So, yes. He's a natural leader.

One of the more obscure characters in the story, I honestly forgot all about him until the big reveal later on in the story. Kinda wish they did something more with him, since his absence didn’t add anything too significant.

Honestly thought it would be fun if Arthur and Kieran got along more, I was happy when they both were fishing together because it was some bonding. Then I progressed more in the story and we know the rest.

This is why I make Kieran's Revolver after he dies in Chapter 4. I make it to honor Kieran, also because Kieran's Revolver is legendary considering it is the only revolver to save Arthur's life (other than Arthur's Revolver of course). No other revolver in the game has the honor of saving Arthur, I think that is cool as heck.

I keep looking back at the kidnap mission and how i repetitively dragged his body on the dirt till he died, stabbed and tortured him until I got bored just because he was an O’Driscoll, now I feel terrible after getting to know his character, really shows how you can judge the other side as the enemy, when really it’s all about perspective
He didn't deserve his fate, god know how awful he got tortured before his death
Kieran is the most underrated gang member. He didn't even get his own cover art with a quote and all the other members got one. (I don't really consider Cleet and Joe as gang members and more of just Micahs men plus they didn't even get proper named horses.)

I think the worst part about kierans death to me was that it didnt surprise me at all, every other death (except for micah) left me feeling at least a little sad, but kieran hadnt really gotten to do much before dying
