I was lucky enough to win a 30 minute video chat with Claudia. It wound up running about 45 minutes, and she was an absolute joy to speak with. We hardly even talked about the show.

Missed her reaming the civilian pilot who went into the atmosphere of Epsilon III against her orders.

Oh, Susan Ivanova. My my my. Words fail me.
As a former sailor in the US Navy who served with some great leaders I can honestly say, you would be someone I would follow without question because you know what you're doing but at the same time, you seriously scare the hell outta me, LOL.
You made the show a lot of fun to watch, especially the whole Drazi green/purple thing, which is one of my personal favorites.
Oh, and I would get into a lot of trouble because I think you are just so hot.

Hey! For those of you that are a fan of Claudia! Go stream, download, CZcams, etc. the movie called “The Hidden”. It was a decent low budget sci-fi flick and she was hot in this movie as an alien controlled badass.

I rented that film in about 1990-1991 and it's well worth a watch. She is in a tight little red outfit. The alien is DISGUSTING in how it looks and what it does 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢

Be honest: you have argued over whether she could take Xena in a bar fight.

I think they would fight it out for about ten minutes, compliment each other on their right hooks, and spend the rest of the night shooting whiskey while laughing about how irritating Marcus and Joxler are.

      Hi!
Thanks for your comment and it was helpful providing a timestamp so I could see which bit of the Ivanova compilation you were referring to.
The following are reason/s why each scene (for any character) are just snippets...in no particular order
      > Given that I'm creating a "compilation" of content, it's for any level of B5 viewer, whether hard-core long-term fans (that have bothered to corrected me rather than just let it be) who have commented when I have mis-spelt Londo as London or Minbari as Mimbari. Otherwise there would be viewers new to the B5 universe.
So, each vignette of a scene, were intentionally short in length just to give a taste of the potential to come
      > As much as possible or practical, I usually try not to give away "spoilers" especially for newer viewers to the B5 series. In other words similar to blockbuster trailers where comments usually range from "I'm glad the trailers didn't give away the whole plot or plot twists" to "I saved my hard earned cash cause I saw the whole move in a 3 minute trailer" aka too many key scenes were revealed in the trailer
      > Copyright breaches. My favourite email notifications from CZcams - not. I'm aware I'm essentially "copying and pasting" licenced copyrighted material whether audio like music videos or visual like B5 or Star Trek.
I rarely read each copyright infringement email in its entirety for all the detailed reasons why I was notified etc.
For B5, maybe fittingly, I only received a global block on the original compilation of the Vorlons, Kosh and Kosh 2.
That compilation happened to be the longest in length (since whittled down in length) and I was prepared to add a spoilers warning in the title because I think from memory, I included the scene where all the major races on the station got to see what Kosh really looks like out of his suit (except for Londo) when Kosh helped Sheridan. (If you pause the scenes in what was leftover of the shortened version of the Vorlon compilation it does show that iconic scene of Sheridan holding onto Kosh as they land safely back on B5 "ground")
This explained why the Vorlon compilation was sourced from information found on the DVD or Blu ray releases. There are such "information vignettes" on all the main characters of the series.
      > Not exclusively the reason however I'm hoping even in a small way, whenever someone sees my compilations on some of the B5 characters, that they then would be motivated or curious to look up full episodes ie watch all 5 seasons and beyond (TV movies etc) of B5 otherwise I'd hope long-term fans and newer audiences would enjoy either being reminded of favourite scenes from their favourite characters or for newer viewers - if they come away at least entertained then that's okay too.
      > I admire other content creators of B5 where it's like watching a Netflix documentary. They go much deeper in analysis and perspective and their own theories either personally or factually on various topics of say, certain story arcs focusing in on the Narn and Centari war, or a deep dive into the history of the Vorlons and how or why Michael J Straczynski came to create them (origins behind their inception) etc.
My channel is like "a jack of all trades, master of none"
Not to sound too self-critical...I simply mean my channel is mainly two-fold; a video diary into a peek into my daily life or vacations overseas I take and the other reveals my interests in the world of entertainment whether it be at a music concert like Conan Gray or consumption of TV series of my favourite science fiction or superhero based movies just to name two areas.
I'm never claiming to be a documentary style channel like others I admire where they only showcase one theme or area e.g. home cooking or restaurant reviews, or "reaction" videos where they will watch a movie they've never seen and you get to see their first time reactions.
My channel works more like an all you can eat buffet! Hopefully something for everyone.
I appreciate you taking the time to comment and thanks for watching! 😊

    Hi all,
There's lots of online articles and Conspiracy theories about which space station series came first or was first thought of; Babylon 5 or Star Trek: Deep Space Nine!?
For me, I'm glad both series exist.
Which am I a fan of more?
I'd say Trek. I became an inductee of Trek from Star Trek: The Next Generation - years before DS9 or B5 were aired.
I love the season story arcs of B5, playing out like a 5 chapter novel.
I also equally love DS9's richer character arcs and inherent conflict amongst the crew and support cast - something sorely absent during the ST:TNG run.
I'll be compiling montages for other B5 crew to come. I needed to start somewhere and that was with Susan Ivanova.

DS9 was "inspired" by B5 creators pitch to the network earlier. Frankly, while I liked DS9, it did not even compare to the story in B5.

@@JC-sd2mx yeah. It's clear the early success of B5's story arc driven episodes spurred DS9 execs to push away from villain of the week structure

i met Claudia in person like almost 20 yrs ago at the Auckland Armageddon expo , she was signing autograph with Chase Masterson (DS9).
She didn't mind when i asked her to make something funny on the autograph photo like "Commander Ivanova is Bisexual " , how much do you think the autograph is worth now .

      Wow!
I never hsd attended any B5 conventions.
However, from memory, I had only attended two Star Trek Conventions.
The first one was at a hotel's event spaces/rooms along Exhibtion Street Melbourne - hmmm, what year was it?
I'd guesstimate (as I don't recall it precisely) it would have been sometime in the early 90's.
The guest star was Walter Koenig.
Ironically, I was one the first people to have his autograph but at the time, I was a naive Trek fan or a fan very much in his infancy.
My fandom of Trek increased in leaps and bounds from the ST:TNG onwards.
So that explained why I had little to say to Walter and I had little to nothing to say to Walter (unlike the hoards of Original series Trek fans behind me) nor did I ask him to add any additional words or sentiments other than his signature!
The second and last Trek Convention (also in Melbourne) I attended was for Marina Sirtis but I didn't queue for an autograph. From memory, I chose a "standard entry" ticket without the autograph add on..

i only went once to Armageddon expo ( Auckland) , it was expansive the ticket price , buying the photo for autograph , some guy was trying charge extra for getting the stars to sign autograph .
But it was worth it , i got to shake Claude's hand and make her laugh with my strange request , She wrote "Commander Ivanova is Bisexual " on one photo and the other she wrote " I am Telepath" , now i need to remember where i put it after nearly 20 yr , it could worth some money .she also gave away her music CD with her autograph onit
and also looking at Chase Masterson's boob from like 3 to 4 meter away , and they were impressive.
