Once, I had an astral body projection experience. I traveled through an energy tunnel connected to the Earth, and it seemed to extend infinitely. During my journey, I found myself inside a cosmic, gigantic pyramid that appeared to be powered by the energy of a sun. The pyramid had compartments inside, creating a constantly shifting maze. @@AsylumGateway Wow! Funny that you mentioned that. What I remember is that I saw an eye with a reddish-colored iris and a black pupil. It didn't look organic - it seemed mechanical, like an AI that was assigned to keep an eye on things. I didn't see the moon during this experience, but I did see it in another astral travel. In that experience, it appeared to be made of metal inside. I also saw that the Earth has caves that go deep underground, and there is metal down there as well. It's all pretty crazy, and I don't fully understand what I saw. These astral travels happen randomly, and I have no control over them or any understanding of how they happen. When it happened, I was meditating while listening to "Open Your 3rd Eye" soundtrack videos on CZcams. It seems that this helps with astral projection experiences, but it doesn't happen all the time - just once in a blue moon.

Fascinating. There is a fellow named Adam from Canada who heals people using this concept. I do not mean he casually makes them feel better. He literally discusses - quantum healing / visualization of energy fields, changing disease energy into harmony and precisely how he accomplishes this in people nearby and remotely through visualizations. What we perceive as empty space in the atom is actually filled with potential energy from untold numbers of dimensions.

@I_scribbles nah, It was because he didn't speak English and was a Mexican scientist. If he has spoken English and was in the US, we would have heard of him. Susskind declared the Holographic Universe a central pillar of theoretical physics in the 90s. Nobody dtopped him. The book The Holographic Universe came out in 1991. It was a best seller. Nobody stopped it. A lot of scientists were saying the same things as Grinberg at the time. I'm sure you remember that if you were into Holographic stuff back then. I was in my early 20s in the late 90s and was obsessed with this theory.

Have you read The Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot? It's a classic in this field. It has the same ideas that Grinberg believed. The Holographic Principle is the common name of the theory. The belief that the universe is some sort of false reality goes back to Plato (and even earlier in some Hindu and Buddhist teachings). Plato's Allegory of The Cave was about this idea too. It seems like humans just keep rediscovering this same idea and using different words to describe what amounts to the same thing...that our reality may in some way be simulated or not the ultimate reality.

I have seen the holographic fabric. It's made of pixels that look like holographic peacock feather eyes. There are uncountable amounts of them in your vision at all times but you dont real eyes them because they all blend together to create what you're looking at. I know it sounds crazy as fuck but its true.
I see something similar when looking outside during the day, I'll be watching birds fly and then here comes the pixels
I've seen that myself - a tapestry of eyes finely woven together to create the 'physical' reality we see around us. At first it was something I experienced as a teen experimenting with LSD, but eventually learned to see 'it' just through subtle focus on the right state.
I once meditated gazing with a soft-focus at the world around me for hours - something I had done since I was a child while staring in a mirror, each time getting a little 'further' along in how far things would change.
At the beginning I would be presented with a 'shimmering' that would surround everything, and then I would see a network of living energy that would get increasingly more intense the further I could hold my focus; but eventually I would falter, thoughts would flood in, and I would be back standing in front of the mirror looking again at the 'mundane' world where I spent most of my time.
This one time in particular, I held the gaze for what must have been close to 2 hours - and as it 'ramped up' I began to get the sense that reality was like a cymatic-mandala - and that if I kept going, I would 'push through' to a different dimension.
Well, I kept at it - and I pushed through (!!) and suddenly I was presented with a world that was very similar to this one, but rather than an empty garden in front of me the bushes and trees were all *TEEMING* with all sorts of strange creatures that looked like little gnomes or fairies to me.
As I sat there staring at the bush in front of me, I decided "why stop now?" and I regained my focus and started doing it again. Up and up in frequency I went (and yes, there were audible sounds accompanying the experience, like whirly-spiral flutes and strange chimes, etc) and Szchawoooooooooop!! (I likened it to watching sand on a metal plate vibrating, and it gets all crazy before reaching the next level before it suddenly configures into a whole bunch of geometrical symbols [eg, cymatics]) everything 'vibrated up' again, and suddenly I found myself on a plane of reality where instead of the tall trees I was looking at before, they were now these super-dense energy 'blob-things' that were thumping up and down on the ground; with columns of subtle energy reaching up above them.
I could 'hear' something rushing through the sky, and seen this kind of shimmery-rainbow-like (very hard to quantize the experience into a language that will properly convey what I was seeing, kind of like the rainbow-colored stuff you see on an oil slick, minus the oil and up in the air) *FORCE* flying around, and suddenly it whipped around and started coming towards me.
I realized then, that I was *seeing* the wind as an energy field, and the dense tree-energy blobs appeared to be 'anticipating' it's arrival, and would start thumping with higher velocity as the 'wind' force approached them.
The wind arrived with a huge WHOOOOOOSH (and accompanying spirally-chimey sounds) and the blobs were FEEDING off the energy, and using it to jump (each time with a resounding THUMP) like strange dense energy-beans up and off the ground, higher-and-higher as the wind kept pushing into them.
At the same time, I was completely aware that these were the TREES, and the shimmering I seen all over the ground was the GRASS, and that the WIND was giving them all the energy to make these maneuvers.
It was absolutely one of the coolest experiences I've ever had like that so far (I've had quite a few neat things happen while doing and practicing various attention and focus exercises over the years).
Wait till you can see more its like an egg around us...then when you get to the center n break out of it you will realize where we really are in space...so beautiful☆

True. Humans just keep rediscovering the idea over and over and using different terms to describe it. Hermetic philosophy had some roots in Platonic thought and Plato was questioning reality with his cave Allegory way back in the day. I'm sure there were earlier humans who came up with the same ideas before plato. Now we call it a Holographic Universe only because this is the best analog we can come up with. It's an interesting way to explain it, but it probably isn't any more accurate than the Allegory of that cave. It's just the age we live in. During the machine age scientists started thinking that the universe was like one huge machine that operated with precision and the "blind watchmaker" argument was born. I don't think we live in a fake cave, a giant machine, or a hologram, but I do think these are all human ways of describing something we have no real words for and no way to truly comprehend.

I heard the theory that the universe spawned consciousness in order to be observed by it because until an object is observed it technically doesn’t exist and that statement is true then the existence of the universe is a lot more complex and difficult to explain. Kind of like does the tree falling make a sound if nobody is there to hear it question. Anybody want to take crack at explaining the correct answer to the question.

The stumbling point for me in this is that even Grinberg suggested a consensus reality in which all the consciousnesses create reality. This is similar to the Universal Consciousness concept that consciousness is the basis of existence, everything begins as consciousness and is a construct of consciousness. If this is true, then why is there so much endless suffering in the world? Why do we live in a dog-eat-dog world where we all prey on others to survive? Is this consensus reality the best that the Universal Consciousness can come up with? Perhaps the Universal Consciousness likes the suffering since it has been going on for so long. If the Universal Consciousness is like the consensus consciousness of the human race then we are in big trouble. Humans have killing each other and everything else for all of our history and now with nuclear weapons and climate change we may even make ourselves extinct, and, sadly, most of the rest of the life on Earth as well. There are good people, but not enough of them, just look at North Korea or Project 2025. Maybe Grinberg is right and there are shamans who can change the world in some small ways, but again, not enough to make any appreciable difference in the outcome of our history. If the Law of Attraction is real, then that suggests that a vast percentage of the human race wants suffering. Does it work for animals too? Do rabbits deliberately draw down the teeth of the bobcat for the recreational experience? Personally, I don't want to be here, I don't want to be part of what the human race has become. My greatest horror is that reincarnation is true and I will have to come back here to fight and kill and die for uncounted lifetimes. Am I the only one who wonders if the Universal Consciousness is benevolent or monstrous?

This explains much. Daily prayer, worship, meditation, chanting divine names, sitting in bright sunlight to commune with God... I've noted, without effort, that when I close my eyes to meditate, I see grids, often a flushing of violet light as well... and at times, though my eyes are shut, see what seems to be the sky (though looking down at the ground). Other times, light will shine, though I am in a dark room, and I will see figures (as shadows) moving through that light. Orbs of colored light often appear in the room as well. When I come up out of deep chant, the room is often lit with a punch-pink light, and when in deep worship, I will open my eyes to a room full of smoke. Synchronistic events are so normal now, as to be relied upon. This video explained much of this phenomenon, and I thank you - as I've long struggled to find information to make sense of it all.

The blend of science and the "paranormal" and its relation to humanity, this planet and all that is was practiced/understood by ancient civilizations like Kemet for thousands of years and still practiced today by people such as the Dogon. I agree with the opening quote, for the most part. I don't believe we have a word in which to describe the "stuff" reality is made from, so we use consciousness. We certainly don't understand what "it" is since we have no way of viewing or quantifying it. If a, fish could understand that it lives in an ocean and knows all there is to know about it the fish could realize there's something beyond the ocean, maybe from that one time where it was briefly drug out of the ocean, into a place with no water, then tossed back into the sea. It could call what it experienced as an ocean but not like the ocean it knows. It would have no way to name or comprehend everything which takes place there. It wouldn't have any idea that yet another place exists, space, in which countless other oceans exist. We're the fish.
