Nice vid. Additional context: The 2015 Warriors 1st championship came out of no where. No one except Ethan Strauss predicted them to be serious contenders that year. It wasn't until the 2016 21-0 start, that the league and analysts started giving the Warriors juggernaut status.

That Iggy pick up wasn't necessarily "under valued" or " under looked" . This provided a narrative that Golden State could finally get top tier free agents to sign with the team at that time. It was pretty big on ESPN and on all the talking heads on the radio waves.

The reason why they dominated so much at that time is cuz their playstyle was something we never seen. After awhile teams caught on and even copied that blueprint. When you look at it, the best teams in the nba now is similar to the 2017 warriors team. Two man game with a superstar guard who can score and facilitate + a big man or a slasher/wing, a point forward and a sharpshooter. Oh yeah and everybody including the center can make a 3 😂. The nuggets, Celtics, bucks, all these teams is pretty much a replica of that warriors team. It’s one of the reasons why the warriors are struggling now. Good vid tho.

90's Rules-Bulls the edge by a little. However, GSW could adapt after a 2 games and start unleashing. No defense will stop great offense.
Today Rules-GSW all the way. The fire power would be too much. The bench was very stable. They cut a 22 point deficit under 3 minutes and 2 mins later youre being blown out.
Dubs needed KD but KD needed the warriors more. It’s the style of play that warriors ran which unlocked KDs potential. I don’t think it would have worked if he teamed up with LBJ

Steph went on fire in the first game and stayed on fire for the whole season. I never anything like that. Not even seen Jordan shot like that. It’s the only unanimous mvp year for anyone in the nba. And then KD joined them and they would play better when KD sat.

I don't think it's crazy to say that it's hands down the Warriors. The way basketball is played has changed in the league forever because of them. The Bulls, despite being amazing would just encounter the same problem.
The GSW was left unchecked. East is focused on LeBron while GSW is punishing the West with 3s. It takes time until all teams are adjusted to their play. Now everyone is shooting 3s. Every team wants to beat GSW that every defense is designed to stop their threes and ball movement. Kerr was a genius because he saw that screens can be a good key role for their shooters. The bench is good from Livingston down to McGee. It was a complete team with roleplayers.

In all actuality, the 2018-2019 squad with Boogie was the best one. They just weren't fully healthy long enough to see it playout. Imagine had they resigned all the key players the next season (i.e., KD, Boogie, and Bogut) and then replaced Quinn Cook, Jacob Evans, and Jordan Bell with slightly better role players at similar salaries. With Klay beginning the next sesson injured and KD leaving for Brooklyn, GS has been in panick mode ever since; just grabbing at straws. Proof of that is not moving on from Wiggins and only being able to acquire CP3 in a Jordan Poole trade that included two young draftees and a pick. Let's not forget how they misused Wiseman. Ok. I went off on a little tangent. My bad, but yeah adding Boogie with everyone healthy and fully engaged with no side agendas would've been the most dominant team ever.
