      The one thing I would add is that the tires sit too proud off the body. Candidate for a lot of mud and gravel to fling off and mar the body. I’d look at fender extenders to protect the body and make the stance streamlined

      Not really any need to swap them out. Legally they can only be so bright for the road. The Lp6’s cover everything you can’t see with the headlights. The squadron pro Amber’s are great for the road.

    I am really on the fence with that expedition-one bumper and a victory bumper. There has be a better way to mount that backup camera between the two.

    but I don't understand why the right side is better than the left side... in regards to parking..

    What's the fuel milage? I mean if you're trying to get 200,000-300,000 miles out of this thing the fuel milage difference is going to be a massive factor in budgeting over time.

    • @TAVLLC
      @TAVLLC  Před 5 měsíci

      I don’t know what this client is getting for fuel economy but that number will be different based on driving habits, where someone lives and how much the rig weighs. Over the span of 200,000 or 300,000 miles the fuel prices will have changed so many times how would you know if it is cost effective or not?

    • @Apistevist
      @Apistevist Před 5 měsíci

      Rough approximation considering historical changes and rates of change in inflation vs fuel price then consider income rise over time and remove that? It'll never be anything more than a rough approximation or prediction.
      Assuming 200,000 miles unmodified and averaging 20 MPG hypothetically vs the same distance traveled @ 12 MPG for example gives a difference of ~6600 total gallons in difference. I'll just make up a number and assume during this time average price per gallon is 4.5USD, that would mean a hidden cost over 200k miles of 29,700USD. All hypothetical but it's something I'd consider as a frugal minimalist but I'd gladly accept such a price for robust capability.@@TAVLLC

    Can you guys do anything with my 4 Runner if it has KDSS. I know total chaos makes a LCA that's KDSS compatible.

      Yes we can. We can do this exact build on a truck with KDSS.

      @@TAVLLC , let’s see how this year goes. I just put on 2.5 Fox shocks that are rebuildable. 3/1.5” lift with 33’s and I want to go to at least a 4/2.5” lift with 34’s. Got this done a year ago so it’s pretty new. Thanks for the reply and I’m going to keep y’all in mind when I decide to go bigger.

    There has to be a better rear camera set up than that gigantic donkey dong looking thing. Seems like the least clean thing on that 4runner. If you have that rig in a garage, you'll be hitting the ceiling or have some sort of clearance issues. I have been racking my mind on how I would set that camera up with the license plate other than that set up.
