21:45 The amongus flips around, with the backpack and visor swapping, but the motion also suddenly changes direction at the same time.
At first, it's a character drifting backwards, facing backwards. When the character changes to face forwards all of a sudden, he's also doing a kickflip towards camera.
Instead of a continuity error, I see it as a creative transition into a different shot.

I'm a learning animator, and even though these are very meme-y, I find they're very helpful in learning when to smear, and how to close to draw frames, it's drastically reduced the amount of frames I've done, and has made my animations look better since I'm not as stressed making them.

But watching these guys has taught me you can do amazing things with 12 fps and smear frames, and I'm enjoying animating again

Like I’ve seen some amazing looking and surprisingly smooth stuff at 9 fps. Good thing you know now that you’re not really supposed to be doing 60 lol

The Sakuga ones sword to knife transition looks like if an anime character powered up their sword to make it bigger, then reverted it back to its tiny form once they got done cutting
I feel between this and the animorph vid, having a theme helps a lot, letting the group mind meld better. Loving these, I'm learning so much about animation.
I really love how these have evolved into a bit of a process, with lines drawn and writing left behind to communicate motion and cue the next frame! They're turning out really awesome!
I like how Ross has completely given up and accepted that the animations will just be overtaken by Among Us, so he just starts them out that way and gets it over with
You guys are very hard on yourselves for how these animations turn out in terms of continuity, but honestly the lack of it creates this really cool; almost psychedelic scene. I think you're all doing great at feeding off of each others creativity and drawing some beautiful and trippy animations in the process! Kudos to all of you.

How do you get so much personality into Among us. Just the concept of the Impostor killing crewmates bring so many creative and funny ideas.
Because the most obvious thing for Among Us is killing Crewmates, this is basically the 2021 version of stick figures dying but in much cooler ways and with inherent purpose rather than the sheer randomness of the late 2000s.
Also because Among Us has built-in roles, you can more easily imply personality
Also, these animations would work as death animations for crewmates.
I think this may be one of the best ones yet. I hope y'all do more themed ones because it turned out so well! A Kirby one definitely has a lot of potential :)
