I would think that the Christmas Special is a much bigger regret than Jar Jar. At least I can tolerate Jar Jar better, because I had been watching Episode 1 since I was 5 or 6, around the time it was released. But I never even knew about the Christmas Special until about 9 or 10 years ago on CZcams. That was some weird-ass shit.

Here's an idea: The first drawing is just a simple shape (Circle, Square, Octagon) then the next person animates it growing something like a leg and it keeps going until something is formed

Normal mode really helps show the individual styles of each artist. This was an emotional rollercoaster and I now hurt from laughing.

I third this, 2011 is when portal 2 came out and around that time I was binging animatics from back then, so kind of, but I also watched other series that don't come to mind while thinking of 2011.
This really does feel so special! The episodes are really engaging and got me wanting more. I have to say, I haven't watched any animator content for a while, mainly because the format got really stale. These are however, super enjoyable.

Yeah, Gartic is very good for learning! I haven't gotten to play it much sadly and the one time I did and we did animation a lot of people really just redrew the entire thing in their style so things were everywhere and not fluid. :(

They've been drawing and animating with each other for so long that closer to the end they even drew the same things without knowing.
You really need to make a Matrix themed round where every drawing rotates a bit. Love the vids!

Have them take any character and rotate 15-30 degrees for each artist (they would need to know which round equals which rotation), but that would be interesting. What would they add to the drawing?

@@jonathanfoll3953 I just didn't even use noise, my animations were completely silent. I'm actually pretty sure my DSi couldn't even pick up audio. Though it must've been able to at some point, because the asdfmovie2 animation that was on my DSi when I got it had sound (I'm pretty sure my DSi was bought used).
By the way I got my DSi in either 2010 or 2011, so I'm pretty sure it was long before asdfmovie exploded in popularity.
You should do a video in animation where you start with abstract art and let animation slowly turn it into something else
