Viper Scale Racing V1 Alky Funny Car with Mega G+ body unboxing and a look at a Chinese HO slot car

Quick unboxing and test fit of my viper scale racing V1 chassis Alky funny car with a mega G+ gt40 using the G+ body clip.
Unboxing of a Alibaba "electric toy track" 1:64 scale slot car, I received an alpha Romeo. The car only goes the wrong way on the track. Very interesting for $6.88 including shipping!

The Alfa is an AGM/Top-Racer car. It’s VERY fast on the drag strip at 20+ volts since it’s designed to run at 12v. It’s wired like a 1/32 car which is reversed polarity from US HO. To get it to run, you need to unsolder the the motor leads, flip the motor, and re-solder the motor leads. If yo want the LED light to work, you need to unsolder those and swap the red and black connectors and resolder. You may also need to shave the guide pin to make it thinner and spread the braids wider to contact the rails better. These are faster than the MicroScalextric cars on the drag strip. Could challenge the Viper Alky funny car for real.
