Like you, i'm a texture person as well. It sounds to funky wet to me!! Also, this explains why everytime i see it at Walmart the shelf is always full and i've never seen anyone buy it.

I bought this stuff at Target, hoping it would be a good post workout snack. I usually can eat anything even if I don't love it, but man, this stuff was awful. Never again....lol
