When I was in high school I would always wake up at around noon on the weekends. When I got into college I woke up at 4:45am every weekday morning (I still do and I'm still in college) because I realized I study better early in the mornings (5-10am). It feels great

Merry Christmas! 🎄 If you want a real simple way to consistently increase your lifts, such as your bench, I highly suggest looking at the “5,3,1” program. It’s very simple and I’ve made good progress using it while being busy with school. I’ve ran the program multiple times, so if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
I would recommend increasing the variety of your diet if you start having cravings for high caloric junk food. It's your body telling you it needs more micronutrients. Swap out chicken for beef or fish now and then, and also add more vegetables 😁 Lovely video!

Really one of my dreams would be to study at Harvard (or another good university) a double degree in physics and mathematics, in reality I would like to study all areas of knowledge and understand the why and how of everything that surrounds us, in addition to him. utopian dream of being an astronaut, and this video motivated me a lot. I have excelled in physics and mathematics above all, so much so that my teachers send me to courses at the university and right now I study calculus, analysis and other advanced subjects, I study all this on my own because I am passionate about it, but even so I don't know if I will succeed I'm just going to continue studying and trying to be the best, maybe I'll succeed or maybe I won't, but at least I know I fought. Growing up 14 years in gymnastics I had to overcome my injuries. Having a coach there to get me back at it helped a lot. Face planting is a good metaphor.

Even though i'm 16 i used to wake up at 5 before,but approximately 6 months ago i'm sick and i can't do anything but to stay in bed and then after i recovered,i changed to a bad person because i woke up late, always feel bored and never studied But i was a good person before because i find my true passion in physics,biology and chemistry and my classmates called me einstein because i beat my physics teacher who studied that subject for 21 years in a debate about a displacement (it was a huge mess because she was so mad at that time).But i hope i can be my past self,now i'm just scrolling yt shorts and being obsessed with playing games,i wake up late,i can't get out of my bed...
