It's true, even the doomguy didn't do what he did while carrying 3 tons of gold. Though I often wonder how much 100 rockets, 400 bullets, 100 shotgun shells, 600 energy cells, a pistol, a shotgun, a double barrel shotgun, a chaingun, a rocket launcher, a plasma rifle and a BFG 9000 would weigh. That's got to be at least a few hundred pounds.
This is the definitive "Hitler reacts..." video. A less inspired CZcamsr would've just made a generic video with Hitler ranting about the anti-Nazi content of Wolfenstein 3D. But here, it's treated as if the events of that game are really happening. And apart from the Smurf joke (unless it's a reference to Castle Smurfenstein), this video really pays close attention to the time this is supposed to be set, instead of relying on Chuck Norris jokes or whatever.

No, it was 3D. It shows things in perspective and there's a backside and a front side to people and objects. You could claim it's actually 2D because there's no changes in elevation like in doom, but the objects and characters themselves are still displayed as seen from a perspective in 3 dimensions.
It's less 3D, but it's still a 3D game. Using raycasting and vertical lines instead of full polygons and rasterization doesn't make it 2D, even if the level's layout is in 2D the actual camera that renders the projection uses some geometry formulas for 3D space, not just 2D. Even current 3D games cheat a lot with rendering and there are "purists" who don't treat any rasterization as 3D. Ironically the raycasting in Wolfenstein 3D is a method conceptually closer to the raytracing and pathtracing that is considered the holy grail of 3D rendering than rasterization that is used by majority of 3D games and modern Wolfenstein games. In the end it's all projected on a 2D surface of a monitor or TV.
You inhabit a 3D space and can move in and out of rooms with 4 walls in real time. A game like Super Mario Bros is 2D. You can only go up, down, left and right according to the image on screen.

Ooooooooh good idea! It would fit right along with this one! Though I always thought, it being hell was always just the interpretation of the doomguy. The narrative you read, that was his explanation. In fact, it was just an alternate dimension and he was just fighting hostile carnivorous super-powered aliens. It's really quite a logical leap to conclude it's the realm of the damned from some particular religion, when science opens up a portal, and hostiles come out.
Even after all these years, this parody remains a timeless classic.
