Great video. This is truly an underrated Comic channel.
Thank you very much, that means a lot!
I always learn more about comics with Troy.
Thank you! We appreciate the support!
Continuing the chronology! Well done, loremaster!
Woodbridge Va.The last pool and vert ramp I ever skated was at the Vans skatepark there. A shame it's gone.
Great video! You’re interesting to listen to, I wish you ran my comic shop. Keep up the good work 🙂
well u give me keys from that age
Oh, very well explained. You missed Dark Horse but we can let it slide.
Dark Horse is certainly an excellent company that has stood the test of time since 1986!
Flashback Comics Yes, dark horse was really the only independent that all my friends were consistently buying (with all their licensed properties appealing to us middle schoolers in the 80’s)
Thanks for making the Copper Age video, man.
Didn't mind you not covering Watchmen, the British invasion of comicdom and DKR as doing that would be seen as overrated for some people given how nearly everyone and their grandma would tend to bring those three things up each time when taking about the CA, which most would refer to as the Dark Age, and I feel that your vid here is unique for it. And also for the fact that you brought up more on the independent comics, you talked about the independent market and you mentioned how Marvel was doing back then than anyone on CZcams would do.
Again, thanks for making the Copper Age video, man.
I like to call the Age following the Copper Age that ended in 1991, the Chromium Age which began in 1992 and ended around 2003.
I’ve heard of gold I’ve heard of silver I’ve heard of bronze but never have I heard of copper age?
I would call the age we are in now: "The Shit Age" or "The Woke Age"
What about the importance of the British invasion of writers, the effect of Watchmen and The Dark Knight Returns?
