It's hard to believe that the brand Laurent Ferrier is only 10 years old. The independent watchmaker has indeed gained such recognition in a single decade that you would think it has been around for far more time than that. Everything started in 2010, when Laurent Ferrier, an ex-Patek employee and race car enthusiast decided, with the help of one of his close friends, to start his own watchmaking company. And after, all went fast. In its first year of existence, the brand managed to be awarded at the GPHG "Best Men's Watch" with the Galet Classic Tourbillon. Together with his son Christian, Mister Ferrier will launch multiple superb watches and movements, such as the micro-rotor and its double direct-impulse escapement, the Annual Calendar "montre école" and, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the brand, the sleek, yet elegant and superbly executed Classic Origin.
Today, we talk with Mister Laurent Ferrier who will explain how he started his eponymous brand, what has been achieved in these 10 years of existence and who will present to us the new Laurent Ferrier Classic Origin.

I met Laurent Ferrier 2 years ago, I keep very good memories of that moment, a very inspiring craftsman, but, unfortunately, I cannot afford to buy any of his watches, but one day, I will!!

Definitely lots of growth opportunity for this brand given that the rest are getting real pricey.

Like most of their watches, just usually I would choose others in the similar price range.

If you like to go with something different, THIS is exactly what you usually need to choose in this price range!
Thanks Frank & Team for sharing and I'm really looking forward of the future LF products...
Also hope to see them in Germany in near future.

@@WatchTheFuck I would consider Gronefeld, De Bethune, Moritz Grossmann, Lang & Heyne, Petermann Bedat before them.

Love to see my man in a beard convert from building IEDs to watches. Wagw1. Hopefully he remembers his tradecraft when WWIII kicks off in 2025. 🎉🎉🎉 Nice watches btw, love to wear something that "cultural enrichment" dont know.
